I have a reader that is looking for a domain name. I am not brokering the name, this is a paid post. Please follow the contact information below for any questions or domain name submissions.
The following information comes directly from the client:
WANTED: Short Fashion Related .com For A Client – Budget is up to $100,000
We are looking for a short, brandable fashion related .com. It must have a maximum of 6 characters, gender neutrality a plus, but rather more feminine than masculine. It must be pronounceable and easy to remember. The domain name will be used to sell clothes, bags, shoes etc. online. Please avoid typos or anything that obviously could result in trademark problems.
Our budget is a maximum of $100,000, but this does not mean we will pay this for any domain. Please expect negotiations as we want to get a good name for a fair value.
If you have anything that you feel fits the description above please contact Bjorn Hansson brokerdeal@missdomain.com.

Thanks for this post. I have contacted the buyer and hopeful to have deal with them.
I have selected these 2 domain names from my portfolio as candidates :
PHEBS.COM
OR
REDPOTS.COM
Sent over a couple winners.
Cropt.com – aged, term used in fashion industry. extremely
brandable. actual word used in dictionary and slang for “plucked, cutoff” which is highly useful if the fashion company uses less conservative wear.
Setid.com – aged domain, extremely brandable. “Set your identity!”
How is PHEBS or REDPOTS supposed to be “fashion related” you moron
Hi,
My candidates are:
ALON.COM
This domain is so brandable and fashion related domain, also this domain purely generic and high traffics domain.
and
NAYNA.COM
This domain is so brandable and fashion related and very feminine domain name.
I just realized now, there is a fashion house online and their website is: http://www.NaynaOnline.com
So I am suggestion you: Nayna.com
This is the perfect suggestion for your business.
This could be a bad thing. It may be trademarked.
Just make sure to email all of your information to Bjorn.
I submitted Shoples.com
Yes, I know it’s 7 characters – but as another domainer pointed out Fashion and Couture are both 7 characters
What If
allqc.com = all quality clothing, i had it earmarked as quality control but who am I.
How about estilo.com?
It’s a generic and in spanish it means style.
allqc.com could = quality clothing. i had it earmarked as quality control
Looks like you cooked up a mess, Chef!
Why would you say that Rob?
No disrepect intended, Patrick. I just find it funny that it becomes a pissing contest rather then what you intended which was to legitimately put out a request for submissions. The funny part is you even ended by saying submit your ideas to…
Hey, at least you get action on your blog but those guys are obviously newbies and I’m a newbie. I don’t usually post much but starting to.
You don’t have to post this comment or edit if you want. I just had to laugh because the line “cooked up a mess, chef” seemed appropriate considering some of the other comments.
Peace.
No censoring here Rob.
If I get too many more I’ll close the comments. My client wants them emailed, not posted here.
Good deal.
Do you plan to update if/when they find a name? I still have some ideas I may submit.
I saw these two a while back on BuyDomains.com under “Specials”.
Decide.com – You know….picking out an outfit can be a really tough decision.
Strapless.com – It may be limited (and 9 characters) but at least it is feminine!
That was not a paid comment
Any decent one word generic fashion dotCom is going to command way more than 100K. We recently turned down 500K for Manicure.com.
You got that right David… but at just six characters, they are pretty much looking at a brandable term, but there are not many real meaningful words they can get. At least not ones that say “fashion.” There are plenty of 4 character names in the $30-40K range, but they don’t really many anything until you spend the big bucks to make it mean something. They should probably up the budget and the length of the word and get something meaningful though.
Thank you everyone for taking their time to submit names, and thank you Patrick for the opportunity.
@David: Probably, but a one word generic is not a requirement here. The client would build their own brand with this name so it doesn’t have to be something from the dictionary.
Good post, bro. I’m surprised at the amount of commenters here that didn’t see the “email address” of the interested party to send their wonderful domain picks to.
I’d love to see how this turns out. What domain they buy in six characters for fashion, for under $100k.
I will do my best to find out if there was a domain name purchased.
Too bad they are stuck on a six letter .com.
EasyStyle.tv would be a perfect fit.
JLC
I submitted a couple. Both were LLLLL.COM It’s a bit difficult to meet that criteria in my portfolio, but I found one that I could visualize on a handbag at a fashion show. Short, elegant foreign word.
Please update the post when it’s all over. I am curious to see which name will be picked.
we probably do not win this and hope this will be very succeed for both buyer and seller but undoubtly sara model.com, missmoir.com.com, posing.net or kellysroom.com or even teenagesupermodel. com are very good domain names in this field. We own it.
Some of the names cited in other comments has nothing to do with fashion or modelling.
Best wishes for all.
DomainsInternational.net
The buyer has stated that he is looking for a brandable name that would be appropriate for a fashion business, so saramodel.com, missmoir.com … are suitable for an adsense site and even worse posing.net, kellysroom.com or teenagesupermodel.com are let’s just say appropriate for a different kind of business …
Branding requires some advertising but once the brand has been established it’ll be priceless … to name a few: fubu collection. Nike … heck even the brand new Microsoft Bing
This is not a keyword/SEO contest, this a brand name buy.
Zürcherin.com
Zürcherin is a woman from Zurich. The worlds richest city.
Closing comments. If anyone has a domain name they’d like to share please submit using the information in the blog post.
Thank you,
Chef Patrick
