Two weeks ago the Domainer Mardi Gras team introduced us to bikini bartender number one Brittany, now it’s time for a couple more. Meet Ashley and Valerie.
If you haven’t already booked your ticket then do so now, visit DomainerMardiGras.com. But, before you do make sure to watch the video first. The girls have an INSANE discount for you! Be fast to act because this discount is only for the first ten people.
Just three hours ago Rick announced half price tickets to T.R.A.F.F.I.C. for the Las Vegas show on January 21-23. What do you have to do for the half price tickets? Simple, just be one of the next twenty people to post a comment on his blog post saying I want a ticket.
UPDATE – Half off was originally for ten people which quickly sold. He’s updated it to be twenty!

I will be attending four conferences within a four week period of time in January/February. Thankfully I won’t be alone, I’m bringing my friend Morgan Linton of Domainvestors.tv to film everything.
Affiliate Summit – Las Vegas, Nevada – January 17-19 2010
This is the largest affiliate show in the world, to my knowledge. There will be over 3000 attendees and 200 vendors. Although this show is not specifically geared towards domain investors, this is a must attend for anyone that wants to make money on the internet.
T.R.A.F.F.I.C. – Las Vegas, Nevada – January 21-23 2010
This will be Rick Latona’s first show as the boss. Looking over the agenda it looks to be a great show. I will have an area setup with Morgan to conduct interviews.
DOMAINfest – Santa Monica, California – January 26-28 2010
This is the largest domain conference in the world. Anticipated attendance will be over 700. Don’t forget, it ends with a party at the Playboy mansion.
While in California I have plans to get a tour of the DomainTools.com and Escrow.com offices.
Domainer Mardi Gras – New Orleans, Louisiana – February 11-13 2010
This is the party show of the year! The conference runs in conjunction with the two weeks of Mardi Gras. Bruce Marler, Sean Stafford and myself have the pleasure of kicking the show off with its first panel called Show Me The Money!
If you are attending any of the shows and want to get together, drop me an email through the contact page so we can connect. If you are not attending the shows, make sure to tune in right here every day for full daily coverage.
Which Conferences Are You Attending In Jan/Feb 2010?
Sorry guys, no video for today. I’m spending time with my family and finishing up on all the last minute holiday errands we have. Next week there won’t be a video either since it will be Christmas day. In fact, you won’t see one of my lovely videos until next year on January 1st. For now, enjoy the video you’re about to see.
If you’re not following Domainer Mardi Gras Facebook fan page, you should be. Yesterday they gave everyone a sneak peak at one of their beautiful bikini bartenders for the upcoming Domainer Mardi Gras show February 11-13.
Make sure to purchase your event pass and book your hotel ASAP as hotel rooms are selling out. Book the hotel and purchase your ticket before December 31st to get the $595 discount pass! If this doesn’t give you incentive to buy a ticket I don’t know what will.
Meet Brittany:
If any more videos like this leak out I’ll be sure to release them here.
If you haven’t bought a ticket for DOMAINfest yet, you just might be enticed to after reading what is on the agenda. January 26-28, 2010 are going to be some jam packed days full of great speakers discussing important and pertinent domaining topics, contests, Moniker auctions, networking sessions and my favorite part, fun after parties! All kidding aside, it does sound like it’s going to be a great event.
The theme of DOMAINfest is: “Domain Names: Overlooked. Underutilized. Essential to Online Marketing Success.” Some of the topics that will be discussed are:
Turning killer domain names into killer websites
How prime internet real estate builds SEO and SEM success
New gTLDs: bonanza or bust?
All of theses topics will have 3 or more speakers from several different backgrounds speaking about them. The keynote speaker of the event will be Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos, which is a $1 billion a year online retailer that recently purchased Clothes.com for $4.9 million. Before Tony was became the CEO of Zappos, he had already garnered personal success by developing a web advertising company named LinkExchange, which he later sold to Microsoft for $265 million in 1998. I think we might be able to learn a thing or two from him.
Frank Schilling, Adam Rioux and Ron Sheridan will be the judges for the PITCHfest contest. David Liu, Douglas McPherson, Richard Morganstern and Eric Liaw will be the judges for the LAUNCHfest contest. If you don’t recall what those are about, click here to see what I wrote about them a few weeks ago.
Of course the after parties are sure to be great. I’m almost positive I don’t have to explain why I’m so excited for Jenny McCarthy’s fundraiser, which is being held at the Playboy Mansion.
If you order your tickets now through December 24th, the rate will be $1095. After that the rate will jump to $1195 per guest from December 25 - January 24. If you pay when you get there it will cost $1295 per person. Each ticket includes all sessions, meals and official parties. I can’t wait for this event to come. I look forward to learning a lot and seeing some friends I made in addition to meeting new ones. If you haven’t gotten your ticket, do it now!
