My definition of freedom is being able to take my kids to their first day of school. Of course it’s more than just that, everyone knows I like sleeping until at least 10am, lol. But, I’d have to say being able to attend every event in my children’s life is one the most important benefits of being self employed.
Today, two years after my son Jordyn started school, it’s time for my daughter to do the same.
Aryanna “my little princess” entered Kindergarten.

Pictured below was my son’s first day of school, August 2007.

So why do I bring this up on a domain industry blog?
I want to say thank you to my readers and sponsors. I wouldn’t have this freedom without you guys!

Thanks for your post. First time here but a big fan of FREEDOM. This is what freedom means to me…http://www.theinterviewgods.com/what-is-freedom
I am glad to hear the sound of freedom still ringing.

First day of pre-school coming up for my youngest soon.. I’m excited for her! They are so eager to learn aren’t they? Let us know how Aryanna’s first day went.

Hi Patrick,
It all comes down to values doesn’t it!
My Daughter Sasha is turning 11 in a few weeks and I have been able to be around for her whenever she has needed me because I have worked from home over the past 11 years.
There is no amount of money on the planet that can replace those moments watching your kids grow up.
Well done for making that choice as many many people don’t and choose to have the money and the fancy cars etc over spending QUANTITY & QUALITY time with their kids. But the great thing about this industry is you can have both the income, the nice things in life and the time to enjoy them!
Kind regards
