the list would be too long. i will be sending a list of 50-200 names to choose from. i just don’t have the time to go through them all right now.

I think DN Kitchen needs a comic strip about a noob getting excited from an Estibot appraisal and he then finds out no domainer is willing to pay that much :)

Use the names, and maybe personalities, of the domainers and commenters in your actual comic strips.

This is so money.

Cartoon Idea:

While an arrogant, smug, sleazy parking exec sits comfortably counting the days loot, the lights go out and he suddenly finds himself sitting in the dark. Noticeably bothered by the inconvenience, he reluctantly heads down to the basement, where he flicks the fuse switch on and off repeatedly to no avail. The last cell of the cartoon then shows his office building sitting in the dark far cast shadow of a huge “G” (AKA Google).

:)

what happens when domainer visits the doctor?

the doctor said : your case is very dangerous, you can get a heart attack.. don’t stay for long time in fornt of computer.

What the domainer will do with this advice ?
Of course go to his computer and try the availabilty of :
HeartAttackSymptoms.com
HeartAttackCauses.com
HeartAttackDoctor.com….Etc…Etc…

LOL !!!

Comic Strip Suggestion:

Topic:
G’s recent parking announcement and the lively debate over whether G’s intentions/motives are positive for domainers (e.g. more revenue opportunity; G wishing to truly ‘partner’ with domainers long term; etc) OR negative for domainers (e.g. drive parking companies out of business –> G parking monopoly –> eventually leading to reduced revenue for domainers; no true ‘partnering’ intentions; etc).

Creative Idea:
Any ‘dichotomous’ image or idea could play into this duality of possible G motives/intentions.

Possible Creative Execution:
… what comes to mind for me is G being represented as a 1/2 man 1/2 woman (or bearded woman) like in the old circus side show acts. Perhaps 1 frame with profile view of ‘woman’ (with one point of view) and 1 frame with profile view of ‘man’ (expressing the opposite view). Or, maybe the ‘bearded woman’ is looking into a full-length mirror (and expressing 1 view) while (his/her) reflection is expressing the opposing view).

Cheers,
Steve

I think a comic about GoDaddy shopping cart would be hilarious and everyone would recognize it. Personify GoDaddy as a door-to-door salesman or a TV infomercial constantly trying to sell you more more more while you click “proceed to checkout” 100 times. :)
