During DOMAINfest in January I had an opportunity to chat with my friend Tony Kanakaris about a new project he was working on. After further development and beta testing Tony officially released SocialDomainers.com yesterday.

In his own words Tony says…
SocialDomainers.com is the Facebook for domainers, the place to meet local domainers near you, the place to organize events and groups with local domainers and the place where domainers get together!
Current features include integration with Facebook and Twitter, listing domain names for sale, creating groups and events and much more. Soon the website will include chat capabilities which I personally believe will be a hit.
Tony originally noticed a need for such a service after viewing dozens of local group postings in the domainer forums dating back to 2007.
Sounds cool, I’m ready to sign up. How do I win an iPad?
Simple, there are two ways to win.
Sign up at SocialDomainers.com by April 1st, 2010, your name will then get thrown into a drawing for a chance to win one of two 16GB WiFi enabled iPads.
OR
As an added bonus the 1,000th member to sign up at SocialDomainers.com will win a 64GB WiFi 3G iPad.
Drawing and winners will be announced on Friday, April 2nd, 2010 on my domain news video show right here.
Sign up now for your chance to win!

1. How do I see how many members have signed up ?
2. How do I know, there won’t be any bias in judging a winner ?
I beleive on the main page to the left hand side it will show the number of members. As of right now there are 58 members.
Judging won’t be bias because I’ll be drawing a name from a hat and recording it.
Signed up but no where to enter a bio or any information about my skillset.
Cheers,
iD
