I didn’t quite understand this question/response. Was something left out?

Was this supposed to be a “softball” interview?

I would have thought it would have been a great time to ask about the ongoing issues with SEDO’s customer service — slow response from reps, dismally slow money transfer once a deal had been reached, dead beat bidders, low per click revenue on standard parking (have never given SEDO Pro a try so I don’t know how it is), etc., etc., etc…
