SAUCES

REMOULADE SAUCE

I use this frequently with Shrimp or Crab stuffing for Avocados or cooked Artichokes. I like it a little spicy.

INGREDIENTS:

Yellow Onion 1/4 cup minced
Capers 4 Tablespoons - minced
Dill Relish 2 Tablespoons
Fresh Garlic 1 Tablespoon - minced
Mayonaise 2 Cups
Ketchup 3/4 Cup
Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons
Horseradish 1 Tablespoon
Hot Sauce 1 Teaspoon
Old Bay Spice Seasoning 2 Teaspoon
Chives or Green Onion 2 Tablespoon - minced
Fish Sauce 1 Teaspoon

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients, blend completely and chill till needed.
