SAUCES

 

PAPAYA PINEAPPLE SALSA

This is a refreshing, light salsa that is excellent with fish.

Fresh Pineapple small diced, 1 Cup
Fresh Papaya small diced, 1 Cup
Fresh Cilantro minced, 3 Tablespoons
Red Onion fine diced, 4 Tablespoons
Fresh Jalapeno Pepper minced 1 tablespoon or to taste
Fresh Green Pepper fine diced, 1/4 cup
Fresh Red Pepper fine diced, 1/4 cup
Lime Juice juice of 1/2 fresh lime
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Served chilled.
