APPETIZERS
PROSCIUTTO PINWHEELS
A very attractive appetizer that is quick and easy to prepare. See also Salmon Pinwheels.
INGREDIENTS:
| Puff Pastry Sheets |
1 package - 2 sheets |
| Prosciutto, thinly sliced |
8 oz. |
| Grey Poupon Mustard |
to cover |
| Provolone Cheese, grated |
8 oz. |
| Parmesan Cheese |
4 oz. |
DIRECTIONS:
Thaw pastry and roll 14 x 14 inches. Spread thin layer of Mustard on each sheet of pastry. Diuide Proscuitto in half and place half on each sheet. Diuide cheese in half and place half on each sheet. Roll each sheet into tight roll and pinch seams together. Slice into 1/4 inch slices and place on ungreased cookie sheet pan. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 425 degrees
