JERKED CHICKEN WINGS


Try these and you'll never go back to the traditional "hot wings" of North America. Serve with a Blue Cheese Dip.

Jerk Sauce Marinade* 1 Cup
Chicken Wings tips removed and cut in two pieces 12 wings

Combine all ingredients and marinate at least three hours before cooking. Line a sheet pan with foil (makes for much easier clean up) before baking wings at 350 degrees for 25-20 minutes.

Variation:

If you like life a little hotter try adding 1 tablespoon of ground Chipotle peppers to the mix.
