DESSERT

APPLE CRISP

This is a minor variation on this quick and easy standard.

INGREDIENTS:

FILLING:  
Pie Apples, canned 2 cans
Vanilla Extract 1 Teaspoon
Rum Extract 1 Teaspoon
TOPPING:  
Quaker 100% Natural Granola 1 Cup
Quaker Old Fashioned Oat Meal 1/2 Cup
Walnuts 1/4 Cup
Graham Cracker Crumbs 1/2 Cup
Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup, packed
Butter 1 Stick

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat over to 350 degrees. Add Vanilla and Rum Extract to Apple Pie Filling and place in light greased 9X13 inch Pryex baking pan.

Put all the topping ingreidents into a blender and chop until butter is cut into the mixture.
Sprinkle topping on top of Apples, pressing down lightly. Bake uncovered for 20-25 mintues. Serve with cream.
