HOT CRAB DIP

This delicious Alaskan recipe is very quick and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:

Dungeness Crab Meat 1 Cup, cooked & flaked
Sour Cream 1/2 Cup
Mayonaise 3/4 Cup
Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoon
White Wine Worestershire Sauce 1 Tablespoon
Old Bay Spice Seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Hot Sauce - your favorite brand 1/2 Teaspoon or to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a microwave proof dish and heat for 4-5 minutes in microwave. Stir & serve with your favorite cracker..
