EXPLORER COCKTAIL SAUCE

I can't begin to remember the number of gallons I have made of this over the years. An old standby.

Ketchup 3 cups
Prepared Horseradish 3 tablespoons
Hot Sauce 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper 1/8 teaspoon
Old Bay Seasoning 1 teaspoon
Fresh Lemon Juice juice from 1 lemon

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until needed. This will keep cover for a couple of weeks under refrigeration.
