      Well, having a higher PR will in most circumstances lead to more of that $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ you want coming in ;-)

      Page Rank helps if your selling links. A lot of link buyers want higher PR domains. The higher the PR the more they pay.

    All of you have been brainwashed about those silly rankings BS, SEO and meta tags and this and that.
