SURPRISE!
DNKitchen.com is no more. As you can see I created a completely new site with a new look and feel to it. Most of you already know me as Chef Patrick so this should be an extremely easy transition. Plus don’t worry, all the old links and feeds will continue to work.
I created this newer blog, honestly, because I wanted to talk about other things in addition to my main passion of domaining. Domaining is and will continue to be a main focus of mine. Without having to build 5 different sites I decided to just have one that I can talk to you guys on about those different things.
Another focus will be making money online. I want to see for myself if it’s possible to make the kinds of crazy money some of these guys out there are making. As I’m going through this adventure I want to be able to share it with you. The creation of this site allows for much broader conversations. Think of it as a one stop shop to talk about our passion, domaining, and then some.
I HOPE you guys enjoy the new site and will continue on this journey of growth with me. I am lucky to have wonderful readers like yourselves and hope you’ll trust me enough to see this change will make things more fun and informative around here.
I will post more tomorrow about my goals and the direction of ChefPatrick.com. To be honest the site change over took a lot longer than expected and I am really tired. I still have to add some links and a few tweaks tomorrow, in the mean time if you see something out of place please let me know by posting a comment.

Great name for a move, and I think the idea behind blogging about things other than domains is awesome. At first, I was thinking that Fka200.com should be changed into something with the word “domains” in it, but I was like nah, “fka200″ as a whole not having any real meaning to it to people that don’t know the story behind it (has been my online alias since the late 90s) allows me to put anything I want on the blog, even though I focus on domains. From time to time I can chime in about anything else in the world, and hey! It doesn’t matter!
. Alright, now I’m just rambling. This site has a great fresh look to it and I’m sure you’ll cook up some tasty articles for us in the future!
Much cleaner and fluid. It has a whole other life to it. Still haven’t had a chance to watch your video(s) but I plan on it. I love the energy that is coming through on this (your latest) post. It’s exactly what the web is meant to feel like. Open, transparent, exploratory, collaborative, and just plain REAL.
Keep the comics coming too. Nice work DNKitc…. I mean Chef Patrick!
Great change! I love it.. Brings more personality to the site I think. Can’t wait to see whats in store and how we can learn about making even more money online.
Added you to http://popupnews.com/
Thanks…
Looks great Patrick, I totally agree with Jamie’s comment as well. looking forward to doing more work with you!
Looking good Chef. I had an appetizer to hold me over, so no big deal on the wait. Was just getting a bit concerned you might be burning the main course, but that was just silly!
Any site that says best viewed in Firefox is a good one in my mind, but the new look (and name) are perfect. Congrats on the new digs for the new year. I’ll be remodeling a bit on a few of my sites in the coming weeks as well.
Get some rest… french toast and home fries in the morning, please? :^)
The new design looks great and the domain is good, too. Good luck with everything!
Best regards,
Dominik
P.S.: Short notice about your new site posted on my blog.
Really good idea!! I love the design etc. Shall subscribe, not sure why I hadn’t already.
Nice name, nice site, look forward to reading your plans. good luck with it.
Looks good, will this be the beginning of a chef’name’.com landrush?!
Yeah.. I think so.. I just got “chefandrew.com”
.
Great move, Patrick. You joined Namepros the same month I did, and really dove in. What really impressed me was the way you so quickly established your rep and your name, and the methodical and serious way you are building your domaining business. I know you are new, but a lot of veteran domainers would do well to watch your business model. I know I am – so I’m glad to hear you will be talking about it here.
Great site, fantastic design… you must have a really fabulous web guy hiding around somewhere
Good job – looking forward to displaying some additional varied and interesting content from you – after all, it is the Chef that makes the kitchen, right?
Great new look and feel to the website. Wish you all the best with the rebranding.
Patrick, love the new theme. I announced it to my DNUnderground viewers. I think you made a smart choice moving the domain over, and I love the new design. Definitely a smooth, nice look
