Lots of different ways to domain and I certainly wouldn't say holding out for end users is necessarily a better strategy than taking a profit when you're offered one. For domainers who didn't get into the game early and snag a pile of generics, it only seems sensible to sell a few here and there when a good but not necessarily great offer comes around.
