Thanks Nick.

Victorville is an actual place in California. Has a population of about 100k, so that sales price is really a nice deal. Victorville.us just dropped this week and sold at GoDaddy’s auction site. I had a bid on it at one point but it went higher than I wanted to spend. I want to say I dropped out at around $200, but there were a lot of .US auctions that day so I may be confused. Also a great deal!

Great Falls is also a place (more than one actually). 3rd largest city in Montana and a population of about 60k. National park on the Potomac River. Probably others. 6 million Google searches for Great Falls last month.

What I’ve found is that I know way too much about geo domains. In this case though, I happen to own both of those cities in a non-dotcom extension.

Geo domains are going for cheap lately. If you can pick up a straight up .com at 20-25 cents per resident, you are doing really well. Kudos to whoever grabbed those.

Thanks for the details about those two Geo locations.

Really appreciate it. I didn’t get a chance to research those domains before the video. My wife usually does but was a little busy with the kiddies.
